I slept in late and made one last visit to Bridge Bay before heading out. Nothing but fog there.
Saw a bald eagle, red tail hawk and a fox on the way out the East Entrance.

Three dog day. Got video of a wolf at the Confluence in the early morning. Got a coyote near Roosevelt Junction. Got a fox at the Thunderer trailhead parking lot. Called it an early day.

I didn't get the big show Friday night, but this is what I got on the brief display Saturday just outside Gardiner.

Started out late after a disappointing late night waiting for an aurora light show that mostly didn't happen. Got a cinnamon black sow and her yearling cub just south of Hellroaring. Got a coyote at Roosevelt Junction. Got a bunch of American Avocets near Soda Butte Cone. Got a fox near Warm Creek p...

Got the great gray for about an hour and a half very close this morning.
Got a fox near Soda Butte picnic area and a coyote in the Lamar.

Saw two moose at Warm Creek early, then went to Tower and got a cinnamon black sow with a cinnamon cub. There were several other black bears out there as well. Also saw a black bear near the osprey nest in Lamar canyon. And a coyote in Little America.

Got a great gray owl in the morning.
Also got at least two and maybe three separate foxes hunting.
Then got one of 864's 2.5-year-olds that she kicked out, still hanging around Mud Volcano.

Snowed most of the day and it was a sticky, wet snow that soaks you through standing out in it. Kind of sucked. Saw the fox near Soda Butte picnic area again, some pronghorns and some nice, snowy bison. Came back, regrouped and went back out. Got a bull elk and a black bear saw with two yearling cubs.

Got two different great gray owls today, one in Bridge Bay, one between Fishing Bridge and Elephant Back.
Also saw a grizz near the bridge in Little America and a black bear near Floating Island Lake.
