Wow, that's a long drive from Bridge Bay to Panguitch back to Canyon.
Since you're talking about next year, you should be able to get some of the sites you want.
Could be kind of cold at night, especially at Bridge Bay and Canyon, but I imagine you've thought of that.

You don't say when you'll be there. If you're there before, say, Labor Day, many of your choices will likely be already taken. Later in the season, they start closing some of the loops you mention. At Madison, I assume you realize that's a tents-only area. That site is somewhat close to the river, b...

Mike, it's been five weeks+ since I was there, and I didn't eat at any of the in-park restaurants, so I can't help much in that respect. But what I can say is that it was a very wet winter/spring in the northern half of the park, so it was all very green when I was there at the end of May. I know it...

Fun report. You saw lots of stuff I didn't a few days earlier. I saw a number of black bears and the badger babies but not the variety that you saw. Happy for you.
