I went to the park with a couple photographer friends for 5 days, Feb. 5-9, stayed in Gardiner and drove the Gardiner-Cooke City road a lot. Great shots!!! I did not realize they had GGO's in MN. Is that a Hawk Owl? Would love to see one but never have.

Yes, that's a northern hawk owl. And there are a lot of GGO's in Sax-Zim Bog.

Whoa, is that the Northern Lights? I didn't think you could see them in September or that far south. I thought you had to get up into Canada. Beautiful shots!

I've seen them here where I live, which is south of Yellowstone.

Wow, some great shots!!! I would love to see the northern lights. We did go out one night in the fall and saw four meteorites in about 30 minutes but the northern lights were not visible. Nice big-boy moose. Is that "Jam" by the log? Looks like the same area where we saw her in the fall. --Bill It'...
