I'm very sorry, my tone wasn't meant to be harsh to you, I am just feeling bitter towards Frontier for ruining what started as a very good service. Their customer support and tech support has been horrible and they can't seem to figure out any technical problems that come up. I didn't mean to sound ungrateful for your attempt to help.
