Maybe people don't like birds....... site is slow to take off....... if it wasn't for a few people, no one would have pictures to look at...... Something to think about.....Maybe bird photography is for older people....

I think it's just taking time to get everyone back. It's been months and some people have probably forgotten about the site.

Really like all of the Great Grey Owls shots. We have looked for them for years and last year we finally saw 3. Two in the Tetons and one in Yellowstone. We will be looking for them again later this fall.

I too hope some of the original members find there way back here.

Here is a GGO from the Tetons last fall.

I saw one last fall down towards Two Ocean Lake. Wouldn't sit still long enough for me to get a good shot of it.

Wonderful shots! I LOVE bird photos (and taking bird photos). My traveling companions occasionally roll their eyes and just smile indulgently as I pull over because "there's a bird over in that tree -- I'm not sure what it is, but I want to take a picture and then see if I can figure out what it is!" You have some incredible shots and I'm glad you posted them. Thanks!

I saw one last fall down towards Two Ocean Lake
The one I posted was on Two Ocean Lake Road. The other one in the Tetons was along Moose Wilson Road, and the one we saw in Yellowstone was just south of Canyon.
