Mammoth Village is located near Yellowstone’s northern boundary and is site of Yellowstone National Park headquarters. Many historic buildings grace the village, which is adjacent to the majestic Mammoth Terrace. Wildlife frequent the village year around.
Located near the former parade ground of the original Fort Yellowstone, the Mammoth Hotel Dining Room overlooks a present-day meadow where bison and elk often graze.
The Dining Room offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast options include the buffet – featuring eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, fruit, pastries and more – and ala carte.
The lunch menu consists of a variety of sandwiches, salads and other options.
The dinner menu features a variety of signature dishes such as Angel Hair Pasta with Wild American Shrimp, and Mini Trout Tacos.
The Mammoth Hotel Dining Room is open in summer from mid-May to mid-October. During the winter season, the Dining Room is open from mid-December to early-March. Hours of operation vary. Reservations are recommended for dinner.
